Thank you for choosing seedream-4.ai! We hope you are satisfied with your SeeDream 4 AI image generation purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Refund Request Period
- Customers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions
- Credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused
2. Eligibility Conditions
- Subscriptions: Refunds are available for unused subscription time
- Credit packages: The credits must be unused (no SeeDream 4 images generated)
- Refund requests should be sent via email to [email protected]
- Please provide your email address, order ID, and the reason for the refund
- Bonus credits from promotions are not eligible for refunds
3. Refund Processing
- Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
- PayPal refunds typically process within 1-3 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have been used to generate SeeDream 4 images
- Subscription fees after the 14-day period (monthly subscriptions will not auto-renew after cancellation)
- Purchases made more than 6 months ago
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
5. Partial Refunds
For partially used subscriptions, refunds will be calculated as:
- (Unused subscription time ÷ Total subscription period) × Original amount - Used credits value
